The Moot Court Society of Shoolini University, Faculty of Legal Sciences, organised its first Intra Moot Court Competition from October 19-21. Over 10 teams participated enthusiastically in the competition, designed for students of BA LLB and LLB.

The moot proposition’s central theme was a hypothetical legal case involving two prominent parties: the Sangrit Sankalp Foundation and the State of Indrapura. This case delved into the contentious issues of the Right to Education for Linguistic Minorities, encouraging students to engage in complex legal arguments and develop solutions. The Intra Moot Court Competition offered a valuable platform for students to refine their advocacy skills and immerse themselves in the intricacies of mooting.

She praised students efforts as they embarked on their legal journey, taking significant steps toward advocacy. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Kusum Verma, the Faculty Coordinator of the Moot Court Society, who extended her best wishes to all participants for their promising journey in the legal field.
