Who is a ‘Media Professional’
A parent or legal guardian qualifies if currently employed or having worked for a minimum of three consecutive years in any of the following roles:

Any student who has passed Class 12 in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks, is aged 22 or below, and is the child of a working or retired media professional is eligible to apply for BAJMC or BAMC at Shoolini University, Solan.
The scholarship covers tuition fees only for Semester 1. Hostel, mess, examination, library, and other fees remain payable by the student.

Mathematics is not a prerequisite for either program.
Yes. A parent who has worked for a minimum of three consecutive years in a qualifying media role — even if currently retired — meets the eligibility definition.

If a student withdraws from the program mid-semester, the scholarship amount is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
