The 10-day MBA SPRINT on Business Innovation, held from February 1st to 10th, provided an engaging platform for future industry leaders. The Stanford-Inspired Proprietary SPRINT (TM) Bootcamp was hosted by the Faculty of Management Sciences at Shoolini University.
Designed by Munish Sahrawat, President & Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, the event featured captivating sessions on a wide range of topics. These included AI-powered business innovation, the critical role of patents in protecting intellectual property, and interactive workshops on team building, habits, mindset, and current affairs, offering invaluable lessons in leadership and critical thinking.
Distinguished faculty members, including Shoolini University Chief Learning Officer Ashoo Khosla, Associate Professor Chander Mohan Gupta, Assistant Professor Meenakshi Ahlawat, and Assistant Professor Partha Pratim Chakraborty shared their insights and expertise. They were joined by industry luminaries like International Coach Navneet Sandhu, Life Coach Manjula Sularia, Algo8 Founder & CEO Nandan Mishra, and Welncubate Co-Founder Abhishek Chauhan, who led discussions about business challenges and enhanced leadership skills among participants.
A highlight of the SPRINT was the ‘Nativate’ competition, where first-year MBA students showcased their creativity and cultural prowess through innovative interpretations of the traditional Nati dance form. This fusion of tradition and modernity added a unique dimension to the event, emphasising the importance of embracing diverse perspectives for innovation.
Throughout the SPRINT, participants were encouraged to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and cultivate a mindset of resilience and passion. Whether exploring blockchain technology or reimagining business models for the digital age, the MBA Sprint inspired students to push the boundaries of innovation and entrepreneurship.
As the event concluded, students left with more than just certificates. They gained confidence and were equipped with the tools and insights necessary to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape with courage and creativity.
