As students arrived at the Shoolini University campus to start their college life, Club Mela stood out as one of the most engaging events of Induction 2026. More than 30 student clubs recorded a combined 700+ enrolments.
Shoolinians For You (SFY) drew the strongest response, with 130 enrolments. The social service club connects students with marginalised and vulnerable communities through visits to orphanages, hospitals and old-age homes.
Music was a popular choice among students. Raag Rang got 102 enrolments, while the Astroverse Club attracted 100 students interested in astronomy and space. Loudspeaker’s Club drew around 100 enrolments for anchoring and public speaking.
Entrepreneurship, comedy and skating also found plenty of takers. E-Cell Shoolini registered 96 enrolments, Giggle Factory drew around 75, and Shakerz Skaterz welcomed 73 students to its skating community.

Students interested in words and performance could choose Shoolini Wordsmith for rap, Kavya Club for poetry and Lit-Witz for reading. Snug Stories welcomed those interested in storytelling and media content.
Dance and culture brought their own energy. Saksham Dance Club welcomed dancers, while The Bhangra Crew brought Punjabi beats to the mela. Himshobla celebrated Himachali culture through Nati, and Shoolini Creative Studio gave theatre enthusiasts a stage.
Students could turn to Drishyam Club for photography and Frame Forge for filmmaking. KATHA brought together those interested in fashion, while Satrangi Strokes offered a space for art and décor enthusiasts.
Research and innovation clubs attracted enthusiastic sign-ups. The Student Research Council welcomed those beginning their research work, while the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) helped students develop new ideas and learn about start-ups and entrepreneurship. Bodh Shoolini Quiz Club brought together quizzers, and the Young Communicators Club offered debates, Model United Nations simulations and panel discussions.
Gamers found Joypad Symphony, animal lovers had Paws and Claws, and food enthusiasts could turn to Cuisine Club. The Environment and Sustainability Club focused on environmental action, while the Yogananda Career Quest Club (YCQ) offered yoga sessions. UNDER25CLUB focused on youth culture, and NSS provided another avenue for community engagement.
For students who had arrived on campus only days earlier, Club Mela gave Induction Week one of its liveliest moments. By the end of Club Mela, many first-year students had made new friends, discovered new interests and chosen clubs to be part of at Shoolini.
