Dimple Tanwar is an Assistant Professor at the Yogananda School of AI, Computers, and Data Science. She completed her PhD from Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University, Nauni, and holds an MSc in Microbiology from the same institution. She graduated with a BSc Hons in Zoology from Government PG College, Solan.
Her research focuses on developing microbial consortia for the conversion of organic waste to compost and evaluating its efficacy in promoting plant growth in Solanum lycopsersicum L. She has published numerous research articles and book chapters in reputable NAAS and Scopus journals and has filed a patent for an Advanced Plant Pathogen Detection Device. Dimple has also presented her work at several international conferences.
At Shoolini, Assistant Prof Dimple Tanwar teaches courses such as Microbial Diversity and its Application, Microbes in Food, and Enzyme Technology Practical. Her expertise and hands-on experience make her a valuable resource to Shoolini University.
