Future Leaders Program

The Future Leaders Program is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approved program that prepares individuals to become future-ready leaders and reinvent themselves as coaches. This program, introduced for the first time in an educational institution, is built upon ICF Core Competencies to develop leadership skills and a forward-thinking approach. Participants are awarded a joint ‘Certificate of Completion’ (ICF & Shoolini University) on completion of the program.
