81%- 90% - 35% tuition fee waiver

70%- 80% - 15% tuition fee waiver

Note: The above scholarships can be continued into year 2, 3 and 4 based on previous year’s marks (8 CGPA, 9 CGPA, 9 CGPA, 9.5 CGPA,) and minimum 75% attendance.

SCIENCE, MANAGEMENT AND LIBERAL ARTS MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS based on class XII marks
(BBA, B Com, BCA, BSc, BA)

91% above - Up to 50% tuition fee scholarship       

81%- 90% - 30% tuition fee scholarship

70%- 80% - 20% tuition fee scholarship

Note: The above scholarships can be continued into year 2, 3 and 4 based on previous year’s marks (8 CGPA, 9 CGPA, 9 CGPA) and minimum 75% attendance.

Need-cum-merit scholarship for UG programs

Up to 50% scholarship on tuition fee for all years  subject to following terms and conditions:
· Minimum 65% marks in preceding degree; continuation of scholarship next year based on minimum 7.5 CGPA in previous year

Up to 100% scholarship on tuition fee for all years  subject to following terms and conditions:
· Minimum 80% marks in preceding degree; continuation of scholarship next year based on minimum 8.5 CGPA in previous year

· XII class final board exam mark sheet
· Bank account statement of father for last one year
· Bank account statement of mother for last one year
· Income certificate (income below 5 lacs)
· Small write-up explaining the family situation

Defense Scholarship

15% tuition fee scholarship for 1st and 3rd semester only

· Employment ID of the father or mother
· Minimum 65% marks in preceding degree
. Only for non-commissioned officers/ jawaans

Sports Scholarship

International level: For Olympic sports, cricket and football, 50% tuition fee waiver in the first and third semester only

National level: For Olympic sports, cricket and football, through recognized association, 25% tuition fee waiver in the first and third semester only

·  Participation or winning certificate for International or National level sport played

Equivalent to 20% of tuition fee for one year only

Sh. Parmahansa Yogananda Scholarship*

A one-time award of Rs. 50,000
On the basis of the total score in a written test based on the book “Autobiography of a Yogi”

Scholarship for wards of Shoolini/ SILB employees

UG/PG Scholarships Equivalent to 100% of tuition fee to the children of all faculty/ staff members subject to following terms and conditions.

·  A minimum of 60% in the preceding degree program
·  Continuation of scholarship next year based on a minimum of 7.0 CGPA in the previous year
·  This policy is not applicable for wards of Shoolini vendors/contractors.

Proof of your parent(s) as an employee of Shoolini University/ SILB for a minimum of two full years.

Scholarship for Shoolini Employees

Non-Teaching Staff – Equivalent to a 100% tuition fee waiver in the full course fee

· For employees who have completed at least two full years of employment with Shoolini University/SILB on date of application
· Continuation of the scholarship in the next year will be based on a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in the previous year.

· Proof of having completed at least two full years of employment with Shoolini University/SILB on the date of application

· Continuation of job subject to the decision of the management.

 

Terms and Conditions for Shoolini University Scholarships 2023

1.     Only admitted students of 2023 are eligible to avail scholarship benefits of Scholarships announced in 2023.

2.   Please Note minimum 75% attendance is mandatory in the preceding semester for the scholarship to continue in subsequent years/ semesters

3.    All scholarships will be adjusted only against the tuition fee of the student.

4.    Original documents, depending upon the type of scholarship applied for, will be required to avail scholarship, while soft copies MUST be uploaded in the application form.

5.    Irrelevant/expired/non-legible documents will result in scholarship cancellation and forged documents will lead to cancellation of registration of the student, if found later as well.

6.    Only one scholarship can be availed at the time of admission. Scholarship availed once will continue as per terms and conditions of that scholarship. The same will not be changed to other scholarship, unless approved by the Scholarship Committee.

7.    All scholarships conditions such as definitions, annexures, eligibility, scholarship number are mentioned in the document.

8.    No scholarship will be awarded to the students later if scholarship is not availed at the time of his/her admission.

9.  Number of applicants for a certain scholarship are always more than the number of scholarship. Only the most deserving student will receive the scholarship. Therefore, even after meeting eligibility conditions, the Scholarship Committee holds the right to reject a request for scholarship.

10.  Any scholarship may be discontinued by the University without intimation.

11.  Scholarships are not available for Pharma, Journalism, Agriculture, and Law Programs. Exceptional cases can be reviewed on special request.

12.   The Shoolini University Scholarship Committee holds all discretion on award of scholarships and its decision will be over riding.
