SCIENCE, LAW AND LIBERAL ARTS MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
(MSc, MTech, MCA, MA, Law)

· 80% & above in graduation - 50% scholarship for 1st Year
·70% -80% - 20% scholarship for 1st Year

Note: Continuation 8 CGPA & 75% attendance

SAPS - Shoolini Academic Progression Scholarship for MBA – for internal SILB and Shoolini students

Phase 1: Scholarship of Rs 100,000 (50-50 for first and second semester) Last date for filling the application form is 15th May 2023

Phase 2: Scholarship of Rs 50,000 (50-50 for first and second semester) Application forms after 16th June 2023

· Minimum 65% or 6.5 OGPA
· Students with more than 2 reappears not eligible to apply
· Admission through Shoolini’s standard online process
·  Other minimum course eligibility requirements applicable

· Final graduation mark sheet
· Undergraduate ID of Shoolini University

SAPS - Shoolini Academic Progression Scholarship for all PG Programs except MBA – for internal SILB and Shoolini students

Phase 1: 50% tuition fee waiver in first and third semester (till 15th May 2023)
Phase 2: 25% tuition fee waiver in first and third semester (applications after 16th June 2023)

· Minimum 65% or 6.5 OGPA

Shoolini Alumni Scholarship (SAS) -  for internal SILB and Shoolini students

One-time 50% tuition fee waiver in second semester fee

· Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA in preceding degree
·Copy of the last degree/ mark sheet
· Shoolini University student registration number/ ID copy

Sports Scholarship

International level- for Olympic sports, cricket and football, 50% tuition fee waiver in first and third semester only

National level –  for Olympic sports, cricket and football, through a recognized association, 25% tuition fee waiver in first and third semester only

Note: Minimum 60% in preceding degree program

· Copy of final graduation mark sheet
· Participation or winning certificate for International or National level sport played

Sh. Parmahansa Yogananda Scholarship*

A one-time award of Rs. 50,000
On the basis of the total score in a written test based on the book “Autobiography of a Yogi”

Defense Scholarship

15% tuition fee scholarship for 1st and 3rd semester only

· Employment ID of the father or mother
· Minimum 65% marks in preceding degree
. Only for non-commissioned officers/ jawaans

Scholarship for wards of Shoolini/ SILB employees

PG Scholarships Equivalent to 100% of tuition fee to the children of all faculty/ staff members subject to following terms and conditions.
·Minimum 60% in preceding degree program
· Continuation of scholarship next year based on minimum 7.0 CGPA in previous year
· Policy NOT applicable for wards of Shoolini vendors/ contractors.

· Final graduation mark sheet
· Proof of your parent(s) as an employee of Shoolini University/ SILB for a minimum of two full years.

Scholarship for Shoolini Employees for PG Programs (Not for Online and Distance Learning Programs)

Non-Teaching Staff – Equivalent to 100% tuition fee waiver in full course fee subject to following terms and conditions:

· For employees who have completed at least two full years of employment with Shoolini University/ SILB on date of application
·        Continuation of scholarship next year based on minimum 6.5 CGPA in previous year

· Final graduation mark sheet
· Proof of having completed at least two full years of employment with Shoolini University/SILB on the date of application
·  Continuation of job subject to the decision of the management.

Kashmiri migrant students

Equivalent to 20% of tuition fee for one year only

Copy of the Kashmiri Migrant Certificate

Need-cum-merit scholarship for PG programs

Up to 50% scholarship on tuition fee for all years  subject to following terms and conditions:

Minimum 65% marks in preceding degree
Family annual income below Rs. 5 lacs
Continuation of scholarship next year based on minimum 8.0 CGPA in previous year

·  Graduation final mark sheet
·  Bank account statement of father for last one year*
· Bank account statement of mother for last one year
· Income certificate
· Small write-up explaining the family situation

 

Terms and Conditions for Shoolini University Scholarships 2023

1.     Only admitted students of 2022 are eligible to avail scholarship benefits of Scholarships announced in 2023

2.   Please Note minimum 75% attendance is mandatory in the preceding semester for the scholarship to continue.

3.    All scholarships will be adjusted only against the tuition fee of the student.

4.    Scholarships are not available/ rare for Pharma, Biotechnology & MBA Programs.

5.    Original documents, depending upon the type of scholarship applied for, will be required to avail scholarship, while soft copies MUST be uploaded in the application form.

6.    Irrelevant/expired/non-legible documents will result in scholarship cancellation and forged documents will lead to cancellation of registration of the student, even if found later.

7.    Only one scholarship can be availed at the time of admission. Scholarship availed once will continue as per terms and conditions of that scholarship. The same will not be changed to other scholarship, unless approved by the Scholarship Committee.

8.    All scholarships conditions such as definitions, annexures, eligibility, scholarship number are mentioned in the document.

9.    No scholarship can be awarded to the student later if scholarship is not availed at the time of his/her admission.

10.  Number of applicants for a certain scholarship are always more than the number of scholarship. Only the most deserving student will receive the scholarship. Therefore, even after meeting eligibility conditions, the Scholarship Committee holds the right to reject a request for scholarship.

11.    Any scholarship may be discontinued by the University without intimation.

12.   The Shoolini University Scholarship Committee holds all discretion on award of scholarships and its decision will be over riding.
