Single Parent
Benefits & Criteria: Equivalent to a 20% of tuition fee for the first year only
- A minimum of 65% marks in the preceding degree
- Income below Rs. 5 lakhs
- Continuation of scholarship next year based on a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in the previous year

- Final graduation mark sheet
- Class XII final board exam mark sheet
- Copy of the death certificate of the parent
- Bank account statement of surviving parent for the last one year*

Need-cum-merit scholarship for PG programs
Benefits & Criteria: Up to 75% scholarship on tuition fee for all the years
- A minimum of 65% marks in the preceding degree
- Family annual income below Rs. 4 lakhs
- Continuation of scholarship next year based on a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in previous year
Documents Required:
- Final graduation mark sheet
- Class XII final board exam mark sheet
- Bank account statement of the father for the last one year*
- Bank account statement of the mother for the last one year

- A small write-up explaining the family situation
Scholarship for wards of Shoolini/ SILB employees
Benefits & Criteria: PG scholarships equivalent to a 100% of tuition fee to the children of all faculty/staff members.
This policy is not applicable for wards of Shoolini vendors/ contractors.
- A minimum of 60% in the preceding degree program
- Continuation of scholarship next year based on a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in the previous year

- Proof of your father or mother as an employee of Shoolini University
Scholarship for Shoolini Employees for PG Programs
Benefits & Criteria: Non-Teaching Staff – equivalent to a 100% tuition fee waiver in the full course fee.
- For employees who have completed at least one full year of employment with Shoolini University/SILB on the date of application
- Continuation of the scholarship in the next year will be based on a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in the previous year

- Final graduation mark sheet
- Proof of having completed at least one full year of employment with Shoolini University/SILB on the date of application
BPL Scholarships
Benefits & Criteria: Equivalent to a 100% tuition fee waiver
- A minimum of 65% in the preceding degree program
- Continuation of scholarship next year based on a minimum of 7.0 CGPA in the previous year
Documents Required:
- Final graduation mark sheet
- Class XII final board exam mark sheet
- Bank account statement of the father for the last one year
- Bank account statement of the mother for the last one year
- Income certificate
- BPL certificate
Shoolini Academic Progression Scholarship for MBA – for internal SILB and Shoolini students
Benefits & Criteria: Scholarship of Rs 40,000 for the 2 nd semester only
- A minimum of 65% or 6.5 OGPA
- Students with more than two reappears not eligible to apply
- Admission through Shoolini’s standard online process
- Other minimum course eligibility requirements applicable

Shoolini Alumni Scholarship (SAS) - for internal SILB and Shoolini students
Benefits & Criteria: 50% tuition fee waiver in the secondsemester fee only

- A minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA in the preceding degree
- Copy of the last degree/ mark sheet
- Shoolini University student registration number/ ID copy
Sports Scholarship
Benefits & Criteria: International level- for Olympic sports and cricket 50% tuition fee waiver in the second semester
National level – for any sport through a recognized association - 25% tuition fee waiver in the secondsemester fee
- A minimum of 60% in the preceding degree program
- International level- for olympic sports and cricket only
- National level – for any sport played through a recognized association
Documents Required:
- Participation or winning certificate for an international or national level sport
Sh. Parmahansa Yogananda Scholarship* (for details refer to Annexure 1)
Benefits & Criteria: A one-time award of Rs. 50,000
On the basis of the total score in the written test based on the book “Autobiography of a Yogi”.

Defense Scholarship
Benefits & Criteria: 10% tuition fee scholarship for first and third semesters only
Note: Only for non-commissioned officers/ jawaans

Kashmiri migrant students
Benefits & Criteria: Equivalent to 10% of tuition fee for one year only
Note: A minimum of 65% marks in the preceding degree

Scholarship for experienced candidates applying for MBA
Benefits & Criteria: 15% scholarship for 1st semester only
- A minimum of 65% marks in the preceding degree
- A minimum 2 years of regular work experience
Documents Required:
- Proof of two years’ work experience
- Relieving letter from the last company .
Scholarship for PG Programs in CSE and Core Engineering only
Benefits & Criteria: Up to 20% scholarship for entire duration of the program to be reviewed every year
- Scholarship in the first year will be awarded based on being GATE qualified or 80% above marks in the preceding degree
- Scholarship to be renewed in the second year provided the student maintains a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or 75% in the preceding year
Documents Required:
- GATE qualification proof/certificate
- The final mark sheet for the last degree
Terms and Conditions for Shoolini University Scholarships 2021
- Only admitted students of 2021-22 are eligible to avail scholarship benefits of Scholarships announced in 2021.
- Please note that a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory in the preceding semester for the scholarship to continue.
- All scholarships will be adjusted only against the tuition fee of the student.
- Original documents, depending upon the type of scholarship applied for, will be required to avail of the scholarship, while soft copies MUST be uploaded in the application form.
- Irrelevant/expired/non-legible documents will result in scholarship cancellation and forged documents will lead to cancellation of registration of the student, even if found later.
- Only one scholarship can be availed at the time of admission. Scholarship availed once will continue as per terms and conditions of that scholarship. The same will not be changed to other scholarship unless approved by the Scholarship Committee.
- All scholarship conditions such as definitions, annexures, eligibility, scholarship number are mentioned in the document.
- No scholarship can be awarded to the student later if a scholarship is not availed at the time of his/her admission.
- The number of applicants for a certain scholarship is always more than the number of scholarships. Only the most deserving student will receive the scholarship. Therefore, even after meeting eligibility conditions, the Scholarship Committee holds the right to reject a scholarship request.
- Any scholarship may be discontinued by the University without intimation.
- The Shoolini University Scholarship Committee holds all discretion on the award of scholarships and its decision will be overriding.
