The Shoolini campus was abuzz with activity on May 26-27 as representatives from 10 renowned universities of the world conducted counselling sessions for around 1000+ students. The Office of International Affairs (OIA) at the university organised this fair to make students aware of the possibilities of international study.
The Shoolini campus was abuzz with activity on May 26-27 as representatives from 10 renowned universities of the world conducted counselling sessions for around 1000+ students. The Office of International Affairs (OIA) at the university organised this fair to make students aware of the possibilities of international study.
The education fair was inaugurated by Shoolini University Chancellor Prof PK Khosla. He said, “We work hard to provide a bright chance for our students to study abroad on student exchange programs.” He said the aim was to facilitate international exposure for students, both in industry and research.
Shoolini University OIA organised the event in collaboration with the International Development Program (IDP) for education. OIA Director Dr RP Dwivedi introduced the delegates to Shoolini students and staff, explaining the top research and university rankings. OIA Assistant Director Dr Rozy Dhanta said Shoolini students would get more opportunities for two plus two, dual degree, higher education, and twinning program. “We are working to get more such high-ranked international universities on the campus for the benefit of Shoolini students,” she added.
The foreign delegates were, Tapan Srivastava from Flinders University, Australia; Tanu Srivastava from Griffith International, Australia; Maria Husain from University of New Castle, Australia; Veronica Vimal from Le Trobe University, Australia; Sawrabh Windlas from the University of Canada West, Canada; Abhimanyu Sharma from the University of Guelph, Canada; Kshitij Bhatia from the University of Essex, UK; and Ruchi Sapra from Study group, UK.
