Sunil Kumar

Sunil Kumar is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business Management, Shoolini University. Asst Prof Kumar brings a wealth of academic and research experience spanning over 10 years. His academic journey began with a BSc (Medical) from NSCBM PG College, Hamirpur. He holds an MBA in HRM and an MA in Economics from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla. Kumar completed his PhD at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh. 

With a focus on Business Administration, Asst Prof Kumar's research encompasses various domains such as human resource management, e-training, and the application of artificial intelligence in business. His prolific contributions include numerous research papers, book chapters, copyrights, and patents.

He excels in teaching, with expertise in subjects like HR Analytics, Talent Management, and Industrial Psychology. He has successfully guided 2 PhD students and actively contributes to various academic administrative roles.

His research interests include AI-based chatbots in recruitment, e-training impact, and more. His papers have been published in esteemed journals like the Journal of Workplace Learning and the International Journal of Law and Management. Additionally, he has authored books and edited volumes on contemporary business themes.

Asst Prof Kumar is certified by SHRM-PG and holds certifications in Data Analytics, Design Thinking, and Data Visualisation Using Tableau, among others. He actively participates in workshops and conferences, gaining accolades such as the ‘Best Paper Award’.
