Purnima Bali

Purnima Bali teaches as well as conducts research in diverse streams of English Literature. She has received her PhD in English Literature from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (HP) India. She holds more than 12 years of teaching experience and her academic contributions include several international research papers, reviews, book chapters, edited books published by renowned journals and publishing houses.

Bali has been honored with the “Young Faculty Award-2016”, “Bright Educator Award-2017”, “Bright Educator Award-2018” in recognition of her contribution in the field of education and research. She also holds editorial positions in SCIREA Journal of Education, The Criterion: An International Journal in English and The International Open Research Journal (IORJ) along with being the member of Advisory Committee of numerous National and International Conferences.

She is an active member of the International Society for Research & Development (ISRD), Social Science and Humanities Society under the International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT) and Muse India. Bali’s research areas include Indian Writing in English, Cultural Studies, Feminism and World Literature. Currently, she is engaged in completing ongoing projects of a couple of edited books.
