Gopali Dayal
Assistant Professor
Gopali Dayal is an Assistant Professor at Shoolini University Centre for Online Education and Distance Education (SCDOE). She is an academician and researcher specialising in Human Resource Management and Management Studies, with over nine years of experience in teaching, training, research, and academic administration.
Her doctoral research in Human Resource Management focused on job satisfaction and turnover intentions among medical practitioners, providing valuable insights into workforce retention, organisational behaviour, and employee well-being. Her academic interests also include emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence in HR, digital transformation, employee engagement analytics, sustainable management practices, and consumer psychology.
Asst Prof Dayal has actively contributed to student development and placement initiatives, facilitating career opportunities for more than 800 students across India through structured training programmes, industry collaborations, masterclasses, and recruitment drives. As Faculty Lead for Training and Placements (Pan India), she has strengthened industry–academia partnerships and coordinated major recruitment and HR engagement activities.
She has developed Self-Learning Models (SLMs) in Marketing and Human Resource Management and serves as Chairperson of the Research Projects Committee as well as a Member of the Board of Studies. Her research contributions include over 20 publications in Scopus-indexed journals, book chapters, and international conference proceedings. She also holds two international patents and one national patent related to employee satisfaction and AI-based predictive wellness systems.
Through her teaching, research, and leadership roles, Asst Prof Dayal continues to promote academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development.
