Vivek Chauhan

Vivek Chauhan is an Assistant Professor at the Shoolini University Centre for Distance and Online Education (SCDOE). He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Central University of Himachal Pradesh and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. His multidisciplinary academic background enables him to integrate managerial expertise with analytical and scientific thinking, thereby enriching the learning experience of management students.

He is a UGC-NET qualified professional in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He has also qualified the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), a prestigious national-level examination.

Further reflecting his academic excellence and competitive aptitude, he has successfully qualified several All-India competitive examinations conducted by premier Public Sector Undertakings and national institutions, including Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Coal India Limited (CIL), National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC), Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), Indian Bank, Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizers Corporation Limited (BVFCL), Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL), and Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (HPPTCL).

Prior to joining academia, Vivek gained valuable industry experience as a Management Trainee (Personnel/HR) at Coal India Limited, where he was actively involved in industrial relations, statutory compliance, grievance handling, personnel administration, and HR operations. He also served as an HR Executive at Damaira Pharmaceuticals, contributing to human resource management functions and organizational coordination. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Nutrition Officer at Nestlé India Limited, where he collaborated with healthcare professionals and contributed to corporate and professional engagement initiatives.

At Shoolini University’s Centre for Distance and Online Education, Vivek is actively engaged in teaching and academic development in areas such as Creativity Decoded, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, and Acing Interviews through AI. His teaching approach focuses on bridging theoretical knowledge with practical insights, enabling students to develop critical thinking, professional competence, and career readiness. He is committed to creating an engaging learning environment that prepares students to successfully navigate the dynamic and evolving corporate landscape.
