Swati Soni

Ms. Swati Soni is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Faculty of Management Sciences and Liberal Arts,  Shoolini University, Solan(H.P.) India where she teaches Criminal Law. She did B.A.LL.B(Hon) from L.R. Institute of Legal Studies, Solan and LL.M. from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She has qualified NET (2018). She is pursuing Ph.D from Himachal Pradesh University. She is doing empirical research on topic “ Effectiveness of investigative and correctional agencies under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985: A critical study of Kullu and Mandi districts of Himachal Pradesh.” She can be reached swatisoni@shooliniuniversity.com
