Satyajit Singh Sethi is a Professor of Practice at Shoolini University. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in Expense Management Solutions from American Express Banking Corp. His career spans a highly target-driven and networking-oriented environment, with expertise in operations, risk management, corporate sales, and client management. Prof Sethi has excelled in both individual contributor and leadership roles, with over 17 years in sales and 12 years in operations. He possesses in-depth knowledge of domestic and international markets, leveraging collaboration, teamwork, empathy, delegation, leadership, and empowerment skills to achieve organisational and personal goals.
After relocating to Himachal Pradesh, Prof Sethi became an entrepreneur, where he currently resides. He is highly self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to integrity, always striving to contribute positively to any organisation he is a part of.
Prof Sethi is a graduate of Osmania University, holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Travel & Tourism Management (Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India), and a Business Management Diploma from Ballarat University (Australia). Additionally, he was awarded an MDP on “Negotiating Your Way to Success” at IIM Kolkata by his previous employer, American Express, alongside other training and courses attended during his banking career.
He is now embarking on a new journey in academia, bringing his wealth of industry experience and dedication to Shoolini University as a Professor of Practice.
