Ruchi Rana

Ruchi Rana is an Assistant Professor at the Shoolini University Centre for Distance and Online Education (SCDOE). She has seven years of combined academic and industry experience in Management, Human Resources, and Business Administration. She holds an MBA in Agribusiness Management. 

Since joining the university in November 2024, she has been actively involved in MBA curriculum development, NAAC and UGC documentation, and student mentoring. She also works towards integrating industry-relevant practices into management education to enhance student learning outcomes.

Prior to this, she served as a faculty member at MMU Mullana, Ambala, where she taught MBA, BBA, BSc (Agri-BM), and DBM students for three years. She handled subjects such as Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Business Ethics, with a strong emphasis on practical and application-based learning.

Her industry experience includes working as an HR and Admin Officer at Mosaro, where she supported global leadership hiring across regions including the US, UK, Southeast Asia, and MENA. She also worked as a Client Relations Specialist at Maropost, managing international clients from the US and Europe. In addition, she has contributed as a content writer for The Mom Store, creating blogs focused on parenthood and maternity.

Ruchi Rana follows a student-centric teaching approach that emphasises industry exposure, mentorship, and continuous learning, helping bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world business practices.
