Ravinder Nath is an Associate Professor at the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Shoolini University. His focus lies in teaching and conducting research in Entomology. He obtained his PhD in Entomology and Apiculture from Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan in 1992.

With a rich background encompassing over 24 years of experience in the pesticide industry and four years dedicated to teaching and research, Prof Nath brings a unique perspective to his academic endeavours. His contributions are reflected in numerous scientific papers and popular articles, highlighting his expertise in Apiculture, Residue analysis, and Pest management.

Prof Nath actively engages in various capacities within the scientific community, serving as a reviewer for several esteemed scientific journals in his field and offering consultancy services to farmers on pest management practices, both in protected and open cultivation settings. He is a dedicated member of the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA).

His current research interests revolve around Apiculture and Pest Management, with a particular focus on Pesticide Residue analysis. His passion for nature and commitment to environmental protection depicts his holistic approach to research and education.
