Rather Gousia is an Assistant Professor at the Yogananda School of AI, Computers and Data Sciences. A member of IEEE, she is a distinguished scholar in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. She earned her B Tech and M Tech degrees from the University of Kashmir, India, and later pursued advanced studies at the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda. Her academic journey culminated with a PhD from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, complemented by two years of postdoc experience at the Bharti School of Telecommunication, Technology, and Management, Indian Institute of Technology New Delhi, India (IIT Delhi).
Asst Prof Gousia's research expertise spans the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. As a Student Member of IAENG (International Association of Engineers), she actively contributes to the global engineering community. Her scholarly achievements include the publication of 20 papers in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals, reflecting her commitment to high-quality research with a significant impact factor. Notably, she holds a patent, showcasing her innovative contributions to her research areas.
