Ranjeet Singh Bochalya is an Assistant Professor at Shoolini University, holding a PhD in Agronomy from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science & Technology, Jammu.
Asst Prof Bochalya has twice qualified for the Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2018 and 2021. His academic and research credentials are further complemented by 1.7 years of experience as a Young Professional at the Farming System Research (FSR) Centre, SKUAST-Jammu.
He has an impressive publication record with 35 research papers, 1 book, 9 book chapters, and 15 abstracts. Additionally, he has authored 24 articles and actively participated in 15 international and national conferences. Dedicated to professional growth, he has completed 6 national-level training programs and successfully mentored four postgraduate students.
His research interests span various facets of crop production, including tillage, weed, and nutrient management. Beyond his academic duties, Asst Prof Bochalya manages the Crop Cafeteria farm at the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, overseeing its practical agricultural activities and innovations.
