With more than a decade of experience in the academia and industry, Pooja Verma is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management Sciences. She received her PhD (2018) from Shoolini University in Management and topped in her MBA (2008) from Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni. An alumnus of UCBS, HPU, Pooja completed her BBA in 2004.
ln the classroom as well as on digital platforms, she has always been trying to improve the teaching-learning experience with the motive to inculcate knowledge with value among students. She has been active in filling copyrights and publishing research articles. While guiding many UG, PG projects and PhD scholars, her research areas are, Quality of Work Life, Organisation Behaviour, Human Resource Management and other related areas.
