
Neha Sharma
Professor
Neha Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Shoolini University Centre for Distance and Online Education (SCDOE). She is a Gold Medalist in LLM (Criminology) and a Company Secretary (CS), having successfully cleared the CS examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
In addition, she holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing, an M Com in Finance, an LLB, and a BBA. Her interdisciplinary academic background spans corporate law, financial governance, management, and regulatory compliance.
At Shoolini University, Asst Prof Sharma teaches a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Investment Management and Financial Planning (MBA and BBA), Microfinance, Indirect Taxes, Business Statistics, International Business, Real Estate Finance and Investment, Managerial Economics, and AI and Future Technologies.
She has also supervised more than 100 students in Capstone Projects. Her teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity, regulatory understanding, analytical thinking, and practical application.
Alongside her teaching responsibilities, Asst Prof Sharma plays an active role in academic administration and quality assurance. She currently serves as the CIQA Coordinator and has successfully led the submission of CIQA and related documentation to the UGC.
Asst Prof Sharma has also contributed to scholarly activities as a Reviewer for the Springer Conference AAIIC-2025, supporting the academic peer review process.
Committed to continuous professional development, she has completed a 15-day Executive Development Program organised by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and successfully completed the NISM e-CPE program to strengthen her expertise in finance and compliance.
Through her combined expertise in corporate governance, legal studies, financial management, and institutional leadership, Asst Prof Sharma contributes to academic excellence, regulatory governance, and globally aligned education systems.
