Vyas is partner, Consulting, at Deloitte. Earlier, he worked for Ernst & Young (EY), Towers Watson and Andersen. He has over 25 year of experience in business advisory services and leading organisations. He specialises in conceptualising and leading large-scale Human Capital advisory and digital transformation programmes. A regular speaker at international conferences, he has published papers in leading international journals and is a guest faculty at leading Business schools. Vyas graduated in Engineering from DCE, Delhi, before pursuing a postgraduate programme from Staffordshire University, UK. He has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and Fellow Programme in Management from MDI, Gurgaon, in the area of HRM and technology.
