Dr Gaurav Gupta received his BE degree (2006) from Dr B R Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He received PG (2011) and PhD (2019) degree in the stream of Computer Science Engineering from KSOU-VIT, Karnataka, and Shoolini University, respectively. He holds thirteen years of teaching experience and his academic contributions include several international scientific papers, reviews, book reviews, book chapters, edited and authored books published by IEEE, Elsevier, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley as well as conference papers, popular science articles, and weblished articles with 138 citations, 5 h-index, and 4 i10-index. He also published 12+ books with National and International publishing house.  

At present, he is doing research in machine learning in different domains with special focus on healthcare and agriculture.  

Dr Gupta has developed a novel Mobile Health Applications and Android Toolkit for Alzheimer Patients, Caregivers and Doctors as well as various AI enabled tools for agriculture, healthcare, etc. He has been honoured with the ‘IEEE Graduate Award 2017/18/19/20’, ‘IEEE Senior Member Award-2019’, and ‘IEEE Computer Society Award-2020’ in recognition of his scientific research. He also holds reviewer positions in ‘International Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Information Systems (IJAEIS) (IF: 1.6 )’, ‘International Journal of E-Health and Medical Communications (IJEHMC) (IF: 1.4)’, ‘International Journal of Information System Modeling and Design (IJISMD) (IF: 1.0)’, ‘Scientific journal JAMME/AMSE International OCSCO World Press, ICI Publishers Panel (IF:1.2)’, and ‘Walailak Journal of Science and Technology (WJST) (IF: 0.8)’ and editorial position in Artificial Intelligence in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.  

He is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Senior Member, IEEE Computer Society, IEEE Young Professional, International Association of Engineers (IAENG). Currently, Dr Gupta is engaged in research to develop sustainable smart healthcare/agriculture disease prediction and diagnosis.
