Bindakshi Bhuria

Bindakshi Bhuria is an Assistant Professor and Academic Counsellor at the Shoolini University Centre for Distance and Online Education (SCDOE). With an academic foundation in Agriculture and Management, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work in higher education. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from DAV University, Jalandhar, and an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Shoolini University. 

Her research explores Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), employee engagement and retention strategies, as well as gender and organisational studies. Her work examines how emerging technologies and inclusive frameworks can reshape workplace dynamics, enhance employee experience, and build sustainable, equitable organizational systems in the evolving world of work.

She has developed and secured registered copyrights for two original academic models:

Asst Prof Bhuria handles teaching responsibilities in HR and Marketing across both online and conventional classroom modes. Alongside her teaching role, she serves as Academic Coordinator overseeing curriculum execution, academic administration, faculty allocation, and student guidance while contributing to the overall academic quality and operational efficiency.

She is passionate about continuous learning, research development, and contributing meaningfully to inclusive and future-oriented management education.
