Bijay Kumar Dhiman

Bijay Kumar Dhiman is an accomplished finance professional with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, corporate compliance, and commercial operations. He has worked across corporate offices, factory units, and project sites, gaining expertise in financial planning, regulatory affairs, taxation, and banking operations. Over the last decade, he has reported directly to MDs, CEOs, and business heads, leading critical financial and operational functions while independently managing dealings with public and private sector banks, foreign investors, rating agencies, and financial institutions. He has held key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President – Finance at Kuantum Papers Ltd., Chief Accounts Officer at Century Pulp & Paper, and CFO-cum-Company Secretary at JM Chemicals Ltd., along with senior roles at JK Paper Ltd., Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd., Escorts Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., and IRCON International Ltd.

Academically, he holds a BCom from Sambalpur University and an MBA in Finance from AICMS. His professional qualifications include Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI, Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA) from ICWAI, and Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. Additionally, he completed the Management Accountancy Course (MAC) from ICAI, where he submitted a research paper on Management Accountancy. 

Recognised for his expertise, he was awarded a Merit Scholarship by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and received the Best Participant Award in the 109th SMTP batch by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
