She said that a great faculty is the best thing about the MBA programme at Shoolini. She added that SPRINT  programme helped her to enhance her skills and various co-curricular activities also helped her to gain self-confidence.

Shabnam recalled that she was selected in all the three companies on her wish list during her placements but selected LG as it offered her a role in product marketing.

Shabnam, who enjoys reading books, dancing, trekking and likes to explore new places, shared that it has been a nice journey with LG so far as it provides ample opportunities to work in different roles and also provides various training and personality development programmes for personal and professional growth.

She added, “I am currently working in the Home Appliances department and looking after both above the line and below the line marketing. I want to explore and adapt in various marketing roles and would also like to work in other sectors in the future.”

Shabnam advised all the MBA students that they should participate in various activities as it helps to enhance their skills and a good understanding of theoretical knowledge is a must. She said, “One must be knowledgeable and should also stay updated with the current affairs.”

She suggested that more interactions of new Shoolini students with the Alumni will help the former to better understand both the opportunities and challenges of the practical world and help them to learn from the experiences of others.
