Prof. Dinesh Kumar

Prof. Dinesh Kumar is professor &head at the School of Bioengineering & Food Technology at Shoolini University. Been with Shoolini University since July 2011, he teaches Food Microbiology and Industrial Microbiology. Currently working on Industrial Microbiology and Development of Biosensors for food borne diseases & human pathogens, he received his PhD from Himachal Pradesh University in Biotechnology in 2003.

Prof. Kumar has worked as faculty member in NC College of Engineering, Panipat in 2004. From 2004-2008 he headed the School of Lifesciences & Biotechnology at SILB, Solan. Prof. Kumar has presented research work in international conferences at Ireland, Netherlands and France from 2008-2011. He has also done PGDCA and Certificate Course in German Language from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
