M Phil

MPhil or Master of Philosophy is a postgraduate academic research program. At Shoolini University, candidates can pursue this course for in-depth theoretical as well as practical knowledge. During the duration of this course, aspirants are required to conduct research and present their findings. 

Students are provided a holistic view of the subject of their choice for an in-depth study of key concepts. State-of-the-art infrastructure such as 24x7 library, EBSCO access and high-end labs help students to prepare for the challenges of the real workplace.

Most of the faculty is an alumnus of global universities, like Oxford, NIH, NCI, John Hopkins Medical School, and top universities of India, like IISc, JNU, DU, and ZSI. They receive funding from recognised national and international agencies.

Various specialisations are available in M Phil program.

M Phil Biotechnology 2 semesters MSc/Biotechnology/Microbiology/any related branch of Life Sciences with minimum of 50% marks. Through Shoolini University Entrance Test followed by Personal Interview before the admission committee of the university. JRF/NET/SAT qualified candidates are exempted from entrance test.
M Phil Botany 2 semesters MSc in Botany or related subject; minimum marks 50%. Through Shoolini University Entrance Test followed by Personal Interview before the admission committee of the university. JRF/NET/SET qualified candidates are exempted from entrance test
M Phil Chemistry 2 semesters MSc in Chemistry or related subject; minimum 50% marks. Through Shoolini University Entrance Test followed by Personal Interview before the admission committee of the university. JRF/NET/SET qualified candidates are exempted from entrance test.
M Phil Environmental Sciences 2 semesters MSc in subject concerned or related subject; minimum 50% marks. Through Shoolini University Entrance Test followed by Personal Interview before the admission committee of the university. JRF/NET/SET qualified candidates are exempted from entrance test.
M Phil Microbiology 2 semesters MSc/Biotechnology/Microbiology/any related branch of Life Sciences with minimum of 50% marks.
