Payal Khanna inspires people to maximize their personal and professional potential. She is an Associate Certified Coach from International Coach Federation. A Carl Jung Concept Certified Coach, Payal has also completed her certification in Applied Neuroscience for Coaches. She has completed her M.Phil. in Humanities, (2007) from Vinayaka Mission Research Foundation, Salem [T.N.]. She teaches History.
Payal Khanna is associated as an Executive Coach and works as a Women & Youth Empowerment Coach for numerous social entrepreneurship programs.
Her contributions include published articles in International Magazine affiliates of ICF and in Azim Premji University’s Teacher Plus.
Payal Khanna has developed a novel model of ‘Coaching for Self-Transformation’ that has been submitted for patenting. She has also designed the Shoolini University Logo, V-EMPOWER, for the in-house Coaching program and has applied for a copyright of the same. Another copyright under process in her name is the VE-DISCERNIR [assessment] Tool for evaluating the coaching progress of the clients.
She is actively involved with an International lay Buddhist NGO [focused on building peace through culture and education] and is a Global member of International Coaching
Federation. She is also the member of ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter and profusely participates in Chapter initiatives, one of them being UNICON that enables to empower students in the Higher Education Sector.
