Distinguished as one of the top-ranked engineering schools in India, we are committed to excellence in qualitative teaching, robust learning, and proactive research. All students are encouraged to have a strong research knowledge base so they can make a difference in the society with their high-impact research and innovative interventions. Our undergraduate students also partake in innovative research projects, which further helps them evolve into highly trained, world-class researchers at the Masters and Ph. D level. The curriculum integrates engineering with science and improves students' understanding of technology.
In order to achieve these goals, two schools and advanced research centres have been established with well-equipped laboratories for automotive excellence, renewable energy, etc. We are also part of the Visionary Learning Community of India (VLCI) Program. This is a one-year training programme conducted in association with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
It is notable that Shoolini University has a collaboration with IBM for access to the latest technology platforms and for students to earn Certifications in a total of 180 professional modules. These cover all our core specializations. Renowned companies like Microsoft and AWS academy also support Shoolini's engineering curriculum with course-material, access to technology platforms and certifications.
The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has two schools:
Apart from UG & PG courses, this school has high-quality laboratories for Heat & Mass Transfer, I.C engine, Manufacturing, Automation/Robotics, Computer-Aided Designs, Civil Engineering and Environment Engineering. The school has received research and infrastructural grants in recent years from agencies such as DST & HIMCOSTE.
The school offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees with specialization in artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, network security and Arduino and embedded systems. In addition, each student completes a senior capstone project that can link computer science to another area of interest. We have high quality laboratories equipped with latest software. Industry tie-ups are available with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Imagine Academy.

Centres of Excellence
Faculty of Engineering & Technology has established the following Centres of Excellence:
- Automotive Centre of Excellence
Established in 2012 in collaboration with Anand Automotive Systems who sponsored 26 diploma holder employees for a 3-year B. Tech degree.
- Centre for Excellence in Renewable Energy
Established in 2014, this centre aims to develop a consultative platform for experts working in the area of renewable energy worldwide in an inter-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment to counter the effects of climate change, systematic understanding of the most up-to-date technologies in the areas of energy, renewable energy, power generation, energy efficiency, energy storage, environment friendly technologies.
- Centre for Excellence in Visionary Learning Community of India (VLCI)
The VLCI has been established by Padam Shri Professor Shoji Shiba in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). The aim of the program is to create great visionaries/leaders to upgrade the standard of Indian manufacturing sector and to create industry ready students.
- Remote Centre for IIT Bombay
This centre acts as the intermediary between IIT Bombay and participating teachers during workshops. It is highly regarded for its excellent infrastructure, and faculty with experience in handling workshop subjects.
