BSc (Hons) Industrial Microbiology at Shoolini University focuses on the different types of fermentation processes, equipment used, and microbiological processes involved. Students will gain knowledge about microbiology of fermented products, the microbial quality control and quality schemes used in food and beverage industries, as well as the industrial production of important microbial metabolites and products. Apart from this, our graduates learn all about the isolation, maintenance, and handling of industrially important microbial cultures in laboratory settings.
We have collaborations with renowned universities across the world for student exchange programs, faculty exchange and more. Prominent among these are, University of Arkansas, USA; Lanzhou University, China; University of Naples, Italy; Taipei Medical University, Taiwan; Gachon University, South Korea; South Dakota Mines University, USA.
Illustrious faculty members from India and abroad teach at the university.
BSc (Hons) Industrial Microbiology is a UGC-approved degree at Shoolini University.
