The workshop focused\non High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography- Mass\nSpectrometry (GCMS), techniques with wide applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was inaugurated by Shoolini University Pro Vice\nChancellor Prof Atul Khosla. Scientists at the University have created an\nexciting new way to learn about these two most powerful techniques in the\nanalytical laboratory. The workshop was organised by the School of Chemistry\nunder the Chairmanship of Dr Neeraj Gupta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About 150 delegates participated in the workshop were\nexposed to exciting science and innovative skills in the world of liquid phase\nseparation science and analysis. Addressing the participants, Head of Research\nDr. Saurabh Kulsherstha said the workshop was of great benefit to the\nscientific community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Neeraj Gupta, Chairman of the workshop, said GC can be\nused for reaction monitoring and combined with mass spectrometry.
