The initiative, led by Director of Sustainability and Community Engagement <a href=\"https:\/\/in.linkedin.com\/in\/poonam-nanda-3b90b511\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Poonam Nanda<\/a>, saw strong participation from students across schools.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campus-wide drive brought together students to engage with environmental issues through hands-on activities and competitions. The focus remained on turning awareness into action, with participants encouraged to reflect on how everyday choices influence the environment. The event created space for both learning and expression, with students engaging through knowledge-based and creative formats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quiz competition on environmental awareness, climate change, and sustainable practices saw the <a href=\"https:\/\/shooliniuniversity.com\/school-of-biotechnology\">School of Biotechnology<\/a> secure first place, followed by the School of Bioengineering and Food Technology. The contest tested both conceptual understanding and awareness of current environmental challenges.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DIY competition highlighted reuse and responsible consumption. Participants transformed discarded materials into functional and innovative products,\u00a0demonstrating\u00a0practical approaches to sustainability. The School of Bioengineering and Food Technology\u00a0emerged\u00a0as the winner. The School of Law, Yogananda School of AI, Computers and Data Science, and the School of Core Engineering shared the runners-up positions. The\u00a0Shoolini\u00a0Business\u00a0School received a special mention for its efforts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The face painting competition offered a creative lens on environmental concerns. Students used visual storytelling to reflect themes such as conservation, climate change, and ecological balance. The School of Bioengineering and Food Technology secured the top position, while the Yogananda School of AI, Computers and Data Science and the School of Core Engineering were declared joint runners-up.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on overall performance across competitions, the <a href=\"https:\/\/shooliniuniversity.com\/school-of-bio-engineering-and-food-technology\">School of Bioengineering and Food Technology<\/a> was declared overall champion.
