PhD Student Wins Brussels (Belgium)-based Young Water Fellowship
Amanpreet is a student of Dr. Saurabh Kulshrestha, who is Dean Research and professor at the School of Biotechnology at Shoolini University. She pursued her dream to create high quality research. For this, she used the environment around her – the Himalayas to come up with a breakthrough technology that could clean gallons of water at a fraction of the price we pay right now.
For her work, Amanpreet received an international fellowship from Young Water Solutions, which is an international non-profit organisation that aims to develop and support the potential of young people to contribute to universal water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and water resources management.
