When Delhi-based theater group took Shoolini on an emotional ride

Thursday night was special for students and faculty of Shoolini University as the acting prowess of Delhi-based theatre group, Sukhmanch was on full display at the screening of ‘Court Martial’. Popular Indian playwright Swadesh Deepak has penned the play with the design.The direction is by famous theatre personality Shilpi Marwaha. Among the attendees was the Solan Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Kanwar, who was also the chief guest on the occasion.

Researchers from School of Chemistry devise process to regenerate and reuse waste engine oil

Shoolini University's School of Chemistry has come up with a novel experiment of regenerating lubricating and engine oil waste. Now patented, the experiment has potential to make waste oil reusable which otherwise would have been disposed, thus adding to the waste. Their project has been titled ‘Regeneration of waste engine oil using Bio-waste derived nano-materials’.
