Mission 130 launched for 100% employability

Shoolini University is now the first university of the region to announce an initiative to work towards 100 percent employability for its students. Called the “Mission 130” programme, the university will work towards preparing graduates for better job opportunities and by partnering with top companies to attain its objective which aims at 100 percent employability for its graduates in quality jobs, while 30 percent will be able to pursue great careers.

MNRE Ministry Allows Shoolini University To Develop A ‘Green Campus’

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Resources (MNRE) awarded a Green Campus status to Shoolini University. As part of the permission, a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- has been approved by MNRE to carry out electricity audit, water audit and to prepare DPR for a period of one year.

Awareness Drive and Cleanliness Drive Mark World Cancer Day at Shoolini

Shoolini University, in association with YouWeCan, organized an awareness drive on 3 February, 2018 at Karyala, Gram Panchayat, Barog to mark World Cancer Day. Dr. Reena Vohra and Ms. Anupriya from Shoolini University accompanied the volunteers in this drive and conducted a session on women’s hygiene and empowerment.

The latest human resource development (HRD) ministry’s National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF 2017 Ranking),Shoolini University is among the four universities from Himachal Pradesh to be ranked among top150 in the universities category. SU’s 1st MBA graduation ceremony attended by ICICI Prudential CEO Sandeep Bakhshi

The first-ever MBA graduation ceremony at Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences took place at its campus in Solan. To honor this day, the university invited ICICI Prudential Life Insurance CEO Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi as the chief guest to congratulate and bless the students. Mr. Bakhshi started the ceremony with an inspirational speech and later awarded students with the MBA degrees. Shoolini Science Event 2017 brings together young science enthusiasts

Shoolini University’s School of Bioengineering and Food Technology recently organized the Shoolini (bioengineering colleges in India) Science Event 2017 at the university campus. Over a dozen schools from Shimla and Solan took part in this yearly science event focused towards bringing together young science enthusiasts and encouraging them to take up a career in science. This year’s theme was “Role of Science in Fighting Hunger and Malnutrition in the Country”.
