Leading MNCs Hire Shoolini MBAs
Shoolini University is the first private university in Himachal Pradesh to introduce a campus placement week, which is in conformity with the IIMs and other top Business schools in the country. Placement week is an initiative where a large number of MNCs and leading companies visit the campus for on spot placements. This idea was introduced by Munish Sapra, Dean, School of Business Management under the guidance of the Executive Trustee Atul Khosla.

Considering the quality of students and faculty, multiple leading MNCs and Indian companies have selected Shoolini University’s School of Business Management for the recruitment of managers in their organizations. To name a few among these are: Genpact, ICICI, Marsh & Mclennan, Abacus Offshore from Seychelles, Aditya Birla Group, Religare, India Infoline, Vardhman Group and Edelweiss.

The Placement Week is being held from March 16 – 21, 2012 to select MBA students for final and summer placements. The first day of the placement week was highly successful and at the end of day 2 a total of 25 students have been offered positions with lucrative salaries by Genpact and Marsh & Mclennan, ICICI and Religare.

Genpact, a global leader in business process management and technology management, has selected as many as seven students for final placements with an average pay package of Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. Marsh & Mclennan, the world's leading professional service providers have offered a position with a salary of Rs. 7 lakhs per annum. During the Placement Week, as many as 10 students have also been offered summer internship.

“It was an invigorating experience studying at School of Business Management as we got opportunity to explore and get placements in leading Multi-National companies", said Sukhpreet, who got placed in Marsh & McLennan. “My decision of studying at Shoolini School of Business Management has been proved absolutely right”, she said.

“We are looking forward for placement of our all students in next couple of days of the placement week, and some of them with even with higher pay packages than that have already been offered”, said the Dean Munish Sapra
